Each clinic’s patients and accounts are kept separate. Only your own staff accounts can open them.
Everyone has their own login
No shared passwords. When someone leaves, the owner switches their account off.
The money is protected
Only the owner sees income and profit. Receipts can’t be deleted, only voided with a reason.

Do I need to install anything?
No. Medlo opens in a web browser like Chrome on any computer, laptop, tablet or phone. For the waiting room, any TV with a browser, or a TV connected to a computer, works as the token screen.
What happens if the internet goes down?
Medlo works online, so it needs internet. A phone hotspot is enough to keep going. When the connection comes back, every screen catches up by itself.
Do I have to enter all my old patients first?
No. Start from today. Each old patient is registered the first time they come back, which takes a few seconds.
Is it in Urdu?
The screens are in English. Medicine instructions and advice on the prescription can be written in Urdu, and your clinic’s name can be shown in Urdu on the letterhead.
We have more than one doctor. Does it work for us?
Yes. Each doctor gets their own queue, token letter, prescriptions and earnings. The owner sees the whole clinic.
Who can see the fees and the profit?
Only the owner sees the clinic’s income, costs and profit. Doctors see their own earnings, and reception handles fees and dues.
How much does it cost?
